After amino acid at the 147th site of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase in bacillus microorganisms is mutated from lysine (K) to arginine (R) or histidine (H), the yield of adenosine and the yield of inosine are both increased, compared with an original strain A1, the yield of adenosine of a mutant pckAK147H engineering strain is increased to 1.8 g/L from 1.3 g/L, and the yield of inosine is increased to 1.3 g/L from 0.6 g/L.
