After the 101 < th > amino acid of pyruvate kinase in bacillus microorganisms is mutated into lysine (K), arginine (R) or proline (P) from threonine (T), the adenosine yield is improved, and particularly, the effect is the best after threonine is mutated into lysine. Compared with the original strain A1, the pyruvate kinase mutant strain pykT101K has the advantages that the adenosine yield is increased from 1.3 g/L to 2.1 g/L, and the highest adenosine yield is increased; compared with the original strain A1, the pyruvate kinase mutant strain pykT101R has the advantage that the inosine yield is improved to 1.1 g/L from 0.6 g/L.
