According to the method, human-derived maxillary sinus mucous membrane intrinsic layer mesenchymal stem cells are found, extracted and cultured, and mucous membrane single sublayer in-vitro culture is different from an existing mode of performing in-vitro culture on a maxillary sinus whole layer. And the cell is synchronously subjected to osteogenic function verification, which proves that the cell can be subjected to osteogenic differentiation and has a bone tissue engineering application prospect.
