Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of functional coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based aviation nano composite coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating comprises a component A and a component B. The component A is prepared from, by weight, 6%-10% of waterborne epoxy hardener, 2%-5% of modified graphene oxide dispersion liquid, 10%-15% of anti-rust pigment, 0.5%-2% of corrosion inhibitor, 30%-50% of pigment filler, 1%-3% of silane coupling agent, 10%-30% of deionized water and 3%-8% of auxiliaries. The component B is water-borne epoxy resin emulsion, the solid content is 40%-60%, and the addition amount of the component B is 30%-45% of that of the component A.
