Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of organic synthesis, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an amido-containing aromatic ring dihydropyran-4-ketone compound, which comprises the following steps: reacting a raw material solution containing a 2-(allyloxy)-aromatic aldehyde derivative as shown in a formula 1, N-substituted oxamic acid as shown in a formula 2, ammonium persulfate and DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide) in an oxygen-free atmosphere at the temperature of 40-100 DEG C to obtain the amido-containing aromatic ring dihydropyran-4-ketone compound. The amido-containing aromatic ring dihydropyran-4-ketone product as shown in a formula 3 is prepared.
