Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a biomass epoxy monomer, a biomass self-repairing epoxy resin and a preparation method thereof, biomass resveratrol and epoxy chloropropane are used as raw materials, and the epoxy resin monomer is prepared through a heating reaction; and curing the biomass epoxy monomer by citric acid to obtain the full-bio-based epoxy resin. Compared with the prior art, the epoxy resin disclosed by the invention can be efficiently self-repaired under a catalyst-free condition, and has excellent thermal performance, high bending modulus and strength and high tensile strength.
本发明公开了一种生物质环氧单体、生物质自修复环氧树脂及其制备方法,以生物质白藜芦醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料,经加热反应制备得到环氧树脂单体;将生物质环氧单体经柠檬酸固化即可得到全生物基环氧树脂。与现有技术相比,本发明的环氧树脂可在无催化剂条件下高效自修复,且具有优异的热性能、高弯曲模量和强度以及高拉伸强度。 |
