Wherein the center take-off and landing mooring platform is composed of a mooring device and a take-off and landing marking area and used for being matched with a landing assisting device on the unmanned helicopter to achieve landing assisting recovery mooring under the severe marine meteorological condition, the unmanned helicopter is prevented from sliding, rolling laterally and tipping accidents after landing, and the take-off and landing safety of the unmanned helicopter is guaranteed.
