The bimetallic catalyst for low-temperature selective methanation of CO is a metal supported catalyst which takes Ru and Ni as active components and NiTi-LDH as a carrier. The catalyst disclosed by the invention is simple to prepare, low in consumption of noble metal Ru and good in low-temperature activity, CO in hydrogen-rich gas can be deeply removed to 10 ppm or below at 180-260 DEG C, and the reaction selectivity is higher than 50%; the method can be used for deep removal of trace CO in hydrogen-rich gas. 本发明属于多相催化领域,公开一种CO低温选择性甲烷化双金属催化剂及其制备方法和应用。本发明的一种CO低温选择性甲烷化双金属催化剂,是以Ru和Ni为活性组分、NiTi-LDH为载体的金属负载型催化剂。本发明所述催化剂制备简单,贵金属Ru用量低,低温活性好,180-260℃下可将富氢气体中的CO深度去除至10ppm以下且反应选择性高于50%;可用于富氢气体中微量CO的深度脱除。
