Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a liquid filling device and method.The liquid filling device comprises a multi-way valve at least comprising a feeding port, an air inlet, a discharging port and a mixing cavity formed in the multi-way valve, the discharging port communicates with the mixing cavity, and the feeding port and the air inlet communicate with the mixing cavity in a disconnected mode; the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding pipeline, and the feeding pipeline is communicated with the feeding port; the air source mechanism comprises an air inlet pipeline, and the air inlet pipeline is communicated with the air inlet; the exhaust mechanism is communicated with the discharge port and has an open state and a closed state; and the injection mechanism is communicated with the discharge hole and is used for injecting liquid into the reactor.
