Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a load storage type data center dispatching system and device, and the system comprises a cabinet body, the front end of the cabinet body is rotatably connected with a cabinet door, the lower bottom surface of the cabinet body is provided with an air inlet communicated with the interior of the cabinet body, an air inlet fan is rotatably erected in the air inlet, and the upper bottom surface of the cabinet body is provided with an air outlet communicated with the interior of the cabinet body. A desiccant mounting box is arranged at the lower end of the cabinet body, a cover plate capable of being taken down is arranged at the upper end of the desiccant mounting box, a locking mechanism for automatically locking the desiccant mounting box is mounted between the desiccant mounting box and the bottom face in the cabinet body, and a shielding device for preventing water vapor from upwelling is arranged at the position, located at the upper end of the desiccant mounting box, in the cabinet
