The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a typical power tight balance operation scene through a clustering algorithm, and determining power grid operation mode characteristic data of the typical power tight balance operation scene; obtaining future operation data of the power grid through the power grid regulation and control system platform; carrying out adaptive matching on future operation data of the power grid and the typical power tight balance operation scene; verifying the power grid future operation mode data after self-adaptive matching, and performing system imbalance power preprocessing on the power grid future operation data which does not pass verification; and according to the verified future operation data of the power grid, obtaining a power grid multi-time-sequence section in the typical powe
