One end of the insulating protective cylinder is positioned in the transformer oil tank, and the other end of the insulating protective cylinder is positioned in the cable cabin; the transformer is not provided with an oil-oil sleeve. An oil-oil sleeve in a traditional structure is omitted, and the production cost is obviously saved. And the problem of vertical connection between the cable terminal and the transformer is solved through the insulating pile casing, the arrangement of an integrated transformer radiator is facilitated, the occupied area of a transformer substat
