Zusammenfassung:A C-C double-bond selective hydrogenation process for nitrile rubber (NBR) features higher efficiency of catalyst, low consumption of catalyst, and hydrogenating NBR well at lower temp. Its reaction conditions are as follows: hydrogen pressure is 6-15MPa; hydrogenating temp is 70-100 deg. C; the amount of used catalyst is 0.05-0.025% (based on dry rubber); and the amount of used triphenylphosphine is 0.5-2% (based on dry rubber). The hydrogenated degree of product is at least 90%, so the product has excellent properties.
