The method comprises the steps of obtaining a value evaluation index of to-be-processed electric power data; inputting the value evaluation index of the to-be-processed power data into a power data price determination model to obtain the price of the to-be-processed power data; wherein the power data price determination model is obtained based on the following steps: initializing parameters of a back propagation BP neural network model based on a value evaluation index of sample power data; optimizing the BP neural network model by using SSA; and determining a power data price determination model based on the optimized BP neural network model.
