The method comprises the following steps: determining one or more target monitoring components from to-be-monitored components; long-life monitoring data required by the target monitoring component is determined, the long-life monitoring data comprises stress corrosion crack propagation life and fatigue crack propagation life, and the fatigue crack propagation life comprises at least one of low-cycle fatigue crack propagation life and high-cycle fatigue crack propagation life; and performing crack propagation life safety monitoring on the target monitoring component based on the long-life monitoring data required by the target monitoring component.
