Calibrator with enhanced user interface

A calibrator with an enhanced user interface (UI) is provided. The calibrator outputs an electrical signal through an output terminal of the calibrator. The calibrator presents a graphical indication associated with the electrical quantity of the electrical signal on a display of the calibrator. The calibrator or a controller thereof synchronizes the color indicated by the graphic with the color emitted by the light indicator associated with the output terminal. The calibrator presents a signal attribute GUI element along with the graphical indication, the signal attribute GUI element being selectable and representing a signal attribute associated with the electrical signal.
