The detection kit comprises the following detection solutions: a DNA1-antibody-1-peroxidase conjugate, a DNA2-antibody-2 conjugate, and a DNA3 and GO-AOD compound labeled with AE, wherein the antibody 1 and the antibody 2 are two different troponin I antibodies; the DNA1 and the DNA2 have 7 basic groups which are complementary, and the DNA3 respectively has 8 basic groups which are complementary and paired with the DNA1 and the DNA2.
