The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a disc-shaped sample; preparing the disc-shaped sample into a cap-shaped sample through a deep drawing method; detecting the maximum outer diameter and the minimum outer diameter of the brim of the cap-shaped sample; and judging the anisotropy of the sample according to the maximum outer diameter and the minimum outer diameter of the brim of the cap-shaped sample. According to the invention, the blank pressing part of the sample is prevented from bearing larger blank pressing force and the lug is prevented from being flattened, the measurement error is reduced, and the measurement accuracy is improved.
