The invention discloses a singeing-free desizing and scouring compound enzyme preparation which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 10-14% of amylase, 30-35% of alkaline pectinase, 8-10% of alkaline cellulase, 14-18% of alkaline xylanase, 4-5% of an enzyme compounding agent, 1-2% of anhydrous sodium carbonate, 7-11% of a chelating dispersant and 8-10% of a wetting penetrant. The invention further discloses a pretreatment method of the cotton woven fabric. The singeing-free desizing-scouring compound enzyme preparation is applied to pad-steaming pretreatment of cotton woven fabrics, a square roller with sculptured surfaces and an ultrasonic generator are arranged in a water washing box, and under the action of the compound enzyme preparation, impurities such as starch and pectin are decomposed, more cellulose is exposed, connection between hairiness and a cloth cover is reduced, and the fabric quality is improved. According to the method, the compound enzyme is added
