Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses plating-free hot forming steel and a preparation method thereof, and the plating-free hot forming steel comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.3%-0.45% of C, 0.8%-1.5% of Si, 1.2%-2.5% of Mn, 0.8%-2.4% of Cr, 0.01%-0.02% of Ti, less than or equal to 0.002% of B, 0.05%-0.15% of Ni, less than or equal to 0.3% of Mo, 0.04%-0.1% of Nb, 0.05%-0.20% of Al, less than or equal to 0.02% of P and S, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The tensile strength of the plating-free hot forming steel is greater than or equal to 2000MPa; the yield strength ranges from 1200 MPa to 1400 MPa; the elongation at break is greater than or equal to 10%.
