Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of detection of RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) proportions of all components in multivalent vaccines, and discloses a method for detecting the RNA proportions of all the components in the multivalent vaccines by applying digital PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), which comprises the following steps of: extracting total RNA in a new crown multivalent mRNA (Messenger Ribonucleic Acid) vaccine sample; establishing a digital PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) system by taking the total RNA as a template and using upstream and downstream primers and probes of the new coronavirus; preparing micro-droplets; carrying out digital PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification; and calculating to obtain the RNA proportion of each component in the new crown multivalent mRNA vaccine.
