The strain is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC), and the preservation number is CGMCC No.22565. The strain LH-B.0026 is a salt-tolerant denitrifying bacterium screened from Ganxi Yungang ocean sediment, can thoroughly convert nitrate into nitrogen under a high-salt condition, and does not generate nitrite accumulation.
