The cold-resistant sealant comprises sealant base rubber and liquid rubber, the sealant base rubber is obtained by mixing the mixed components; the mixed component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of matrix rubber; 1-50 parts by weight of an inorganic reinforcing filler; 1-50 parts by weight of a rubber plasticizer; 1-50 parts by weight of a cold-resistant plasticizer; 1-20 parts by weight of an active agent; 0.5-10 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent; 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an accelerant; and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent.
