The image acquisition equipment is configured to acquire image data of the lifting hook; the image processor is configured to determine the height difference between the lifting hook and the crane boom head according to the image data of the lifting hook; and the controller is configured to determine the hoisting multiplying power of the crane according to the height difference, the boom length of the crane and the hoisting rope releasing length.
