Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method and a device for preparing tantalum powder by blowing and reducing potassium fluotantalate. The method comprises the following steps: mixing potassium fluotantalate and fused salt, and melting in a reactor to form a high-temperature melt; argon carrying magnesium powder is blown into the high-temperature melt through a spray gun; magnesium powder is gasified into magnesium steam bubbles in the high-temperature melt, potassium fluotantalate in the high-temperature melt is reduced into tantalum powder, and the tantalum powder is settled at the bottom of the reactor and collected.
