The invention relates to an oil-controlling and acne-removing composition and application thereof, and the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-20% of rhodomyrtus tomentosa fruit extract, 1-10% of radix gentianae extract, 1-20% of galactose yeast-like bacterium fermentation product filtrate, 1-15% of yeast/zinc fermentation product, 5-20% of PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether and the balance of water.
