Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for enhancing aroma and improving quality of cigar tobacco leaves by adding whisky feed liquid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) diluting whisky with distilled water, inoculating saccharomycetes, and fermenting; (2) uniformly spraying the whisky fermentation liquor obtained in the step (1) on tobacco leaves to regain moisture of the tobacco leaves; (3) putting the dampened tobacco leaves obtained in the step (2) into a constant-temperature and constant-humidity box to balance moisture; and (4) putting the tobacco leaves subjected to moisture balancing in the step (3) into a constant-temperature and constant-humidity box for fermentation. Experimental research discovers that after cigar tobacco leaves are fermented by whisky feed liquids with different concentrations, chemical components of the tobacco leaves are more coordinated, the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar are increased, the contents of total nitrogen and nicotine are reduced, the aroma quality
