Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an application of probiotics in preparation of functional products for reducing fat and blood sugar. The probiotics are pediococcus pentosaceus LN-PT16 with the preservation number of GDMCC NO.62044. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the probiotics. The invention also discloses a probiotic composition with the functions of reducing fat and reducing blood sugar. The probiotic composition comprises pediococcus pentosaceus LN-PT16; the feed also comprises other probiotics; and/or the composition further comprises at least one of an auxiliary protective agent, prebiotics and a filling agent.
