Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an AC heat exchanger (1) for a cryogenic cooler, using helium as the working gas and the heat storage medium, comprising at least one unit (2) having a unit wall (4) enclosing a cavity (6) having a plurality of partial cavities (6-1). The partial cavities (6-i) are connected to one another by at least one connecting channel (12) and are all surrounded by the cell wall (4) except for the at least one connecting channel (12) leading to the other partial cavities (6-i). The cavity (6) of the at least one unit (2) is filled with helium as a heat storage material. Furthermore, the alternating current heat exchanger has a flow channel (10) for the working gas helium, which is formed between the individual partial cavities (6-i), and a pressure equalization hole in the form of a capillary tube (8), which is formed between the partial cavities (6-i).
