Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a carbon emission constraint multi-target economic dispatching method based on an HGD algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a multi-target transmission and distribution collaborative economic dispatching model considering global and regional carbon emission constraints; decoupling of a power transmission network and a power distribution network is realized through boundary parameter transmission, and a distributed MO-TDCED model is established; and carrying out iterative calculation on the distributed model by adopting an HGD algorithm.
