The optimization method comprises the following steps: constructing a substance density and substance viscosity expression required by a digital twin model of the air compression system; modeling is conducted on a pipe network part in the air compression system, specifically, a single pipe model is established firstly, a data-oriented programming method is adopted, the single pipe model is regarded as a structural body for storing data, and then the structural body and a performance function are decoupled; based on the constructed single-tube model, constructing a compressor structural body and a performance function; and constructing an air compression system model, obtaining optimal operation parameters based on the air compression system model, and controlling the operation of the air compression system.
