Zusammenfassung:	A loop resistance measuring device comprises a base, a lifting device, an insulating platform, a remote controller, a measurement and control device and a mechanical arm, the measurement and control device comprises a control system and a loop resistance tester, and the control system comprises a controller, a remote control receiver and a driving motor; the controller is connected with the remote control receiver, the driving motor and the loop resistance tester; a lifting device is connected above the base, an insulating platform is connected above the lifting device, and a measurement and control device and an energy storage battery are arranged in the middle of the insulating platform; mechanical arms are arranged at two ends of the insulating platform, clamps are arranged on the mechanical arms, one end of a current-voltage line is connected with a loop resistance tester, and the other end is connected with two ends of a conductor to be tested through the mechanical arm clamps; the remote controller can
