Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a reference gene for fluorescence quantification of stems of different parts of Chinese yam as well as a primer and application of the reference gene, and belongs to the technical field of Chinese yam molecular biology. The nucleotide sequence of the reference gene MYB7 is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The nucleotide sequence of a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification primer of the reference gene MYB7 is as follows: an upstream primer is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 2; and the downstream primer is as shown in SEQ ID NO.3.
