Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for recovering alcohol in a fermenter, in particular to a method for recovering fermentation products present in a fermentation mash produced in a bioreactor (9), comprising a step a) in which a gas stream (15) is fed under pressure into the fermentation mash to entrain at least a portion of the product and produce a gas stream (16) rich in fermentation products.
