The amino acid sequence of the CDR1 of the nano antibody comprises a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, SEQ ID NO.2 or SEQ ID NO.3, the amino acid sequence of the CDR2 of the nano antibody comprises a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.4, SEQ ID NO.5, SEQ ID NO.6, SEQ ID NO.7, SEQ ID NO.8, SEQ ID NO.9 or SEQ ID NO.10, and the amino acid sequence of the CDR3 of the nano antibody comprises a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.11, SEQ ID NO.12 or SEQ ID NO.13. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the nano antibody.
