Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a vehicle thermal management method and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the current navigation information of the vehicle; determining driving parameters of the current driving task of the vehicle according to the navigation information; when the driving parameter does not exceed the first threshold value, the current energy-saving factor of the vehicle is determined; and when the energy-saving factor meets the energy-saving management condition, energy-saving management is executed on a heat management object of the vehicle, so that a heating or refrigerating executing mechanism associated with the heat management object ends the working state or maintains the working stop state. According to the invention, the driving parameters representing the remaining condition of the current driving task are determined by means of the navigation information, and then the driving parameters are taken as the basis for execut
