The device comprises a PDMS cover plate layer, a glass substrate layer and an electrode layer, wherein the PDMS cover plate layer is used for forming a micro-channel structure and comprises an inlet and outlet area, a channel area and an asymmetric hole area; the glass substrate layer is bonded with the PDMS cover plate layer; the electrode layer comprises a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, a third electrode plate, a fourth electrode plate, a fifth electrode plate and a sixth electrode plate. The electrode plates are embedded in the PDMS cover plate layer and are respectively connected with the three pairs of asymmetric micropores; an electric field driving technology is utilized, asymmetric micropores are formed in the side wall of the micro-channel, and an external electric field is connected.
