Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a reversible shielding dual-targeting/charge reversal nano-carrier as well as a synthesis method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of biomedical materials. The reversible shielding dual-targeting/charge reversal nano-carrier comprises drug-loaded polymer nanoparticles with pH or ROS triggered charge reversal, cell membranes coating the surfaces of the drug-loaded polymer nanoparticles and dual-targeting ligand molecules which are attached to the cell membranes and have a reversible shielding effect, wherein the double-targeting ligand molecule is composed of a first targeting ligand molecule and a second targeting ligand molecule. The reversible shielding dual-targeting/charge reversal nano-carrier prepared by the invention has relatively good colloid particle stability, can improve uptake of tumor cells, promotes release of drugs in the cells, and can realize a good anti-tumor effect.
