The invention provides a high-performance and low-delay consensus method under the condition of a large-scale complex wide area network, the block structure is redesigned, and the requirements of asynchronous block transmission and streaming block execution are met; meanwhile, an asynchronous block transmission protocol is designed, so that the performance influence caused by different node bandwidths and network fluctuation is avoided; furthermore, a block streaming block execution protocol is designed, and the confirmation delay of most block transactions is accelerated on the premise of ensuring the correctness of the execution result.
