Current sensing resistor and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses a current sensing resistor and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a composite material; a portion of the alloy substrate of the composite material is then removed in a first direction to form a first trench. Next, the other portion of the alloy substrate of the composite material is removed along a second direction to form a second trench, and the other portion of the alloy substrate of the composite material is further removed along the first direction to form a current sensing resistor.
