The method comprises the following steps: acquiring electric power activity data of a target electric power system, wherein the electric power activity data is used for representing activity levels of an electric power production activity, an electric power consumption activity and a predicted load activity of carbon emission generated by the target electric power system in a to-be-measured time period; obtaining one-dimensional convolution features corresponding to the power activity data according to the power activity data and a feature extraction layer of the target measurement and calculation model; according to the one-dimensional convolution features and a target decision-making layer of the target measurement and calculation model, target carbon emission measurement and calculation data are obtained, and the target carbon emission measurement and calculation data are used for rep
