The normalized variable-cross-section steel beam structure comprises two steel columns, two cantilever beams connected with the two steel columns correspondingly and a variable-cross-section beam with the two ends connected with the two cantilever beams. The length of a cantilever beam connected with one end of the height-variable beam section is h, and the other end of the height-variable beam section is an inflection point when the bending moment graph is a broken line, and when the bending moment graph is a curve and the maximum value point of the curve is at the left half part of the cross-section-variable beam, the distance between the maximum value point of the curve and the left side steel column is 1/4; when the bending moment graph is a curve and the curve maximum value point is located at the right half part of the variable cross-section beam, t
