The light source module serves as a standard light source of the image brightness meter and can output adjustable light. The feedback module is used for acquiring a standard chromatic value and a standard brightness value of an LED light source in the light source module. And the processing module generates a brightness calibration file, a chroma calibration file and an automatic calibration identification factor by adopting a calibration method so as to calibrate the image brightness meter. Through the calibration method, the three-channel gray value, brightness and chromaticity of the image brightness meter can be calibrated, and when the calibrated image brightness meter is used for testing the LED light source, the measurement error can be effectively reduced, and the measurement precision of the image brightn
