The method comprises the following steps: calculating an elevation angle of a current observation position relative to each fixed star on a star catalogue, screening the fixed stars on the star catalogue according to the elevation angle, and establishing a temporary navigation star library by the screened fixed stars; taking any two fixed stars belonging to a preset angular distance range in the temporary navigation star database as a group of star pairs, calculating the angular distance of each star pair, and constructing an angular distance table according to an angular distance cosine value calculated based on the angular distance; performing equal-region division on the angular distance table, and connecting the head end and the tail end of the corresponding sequence number of each region through a straight line to obtain a plurality of segmented straight lines; constructing a K vector loo
