LED circuit board layout of thin lighting equipment

A light emitting device (LED) circuit board layout of a thin lighting apparatus is provided. In some embodiments, a lighting device includes a device housing. The lighting apparatus includes one or more LED devices disposed on a circuit board. The lighting device includes one or more electronic components associated with at least one of a driver circuit or a filter circuit (e.g., as part of a flicker reduction circuit) disposed on a circuit board. The one or more LED devices are disposed on a first portion of the circuit board, and the electronic component is disposed on a second portion of the circuit board.
