Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a light source unit and a vehicle lamp. A plurality of light sources corresponding to different lamp functions are mounted on a single substrate, and the situation that irradiation light from a first light source leaks towards a light guide body facing a second light source, and consequently undesired areas of the lamp emit light can be prevented. The light source unit is characterized by having: a first light source; a second light source; a substrate on which the first light source and the second light source are mounted; a main body part which accommodates the substrate; and a light shielding plate attached to the main body so as to face either the first light source or the second light source, the light shielding plate having an irradiation light passage hole through which irradiation light from either the light source passes, and shielding at least irradiation light from the other light source.
