Horizontal well sand bailing device

The invention discloses a horizontal well sand bailing device which comprises a rotor assembly installed at the end of an output shaft of a screw drill, the rotor assembly is sleeved with a sand pipe assembly, and therefore an annular sand setting space is formed between the sand pipe assembly and the rotor assembly. The horizontal well sand bailing device further comprises a water sand washing system which is used for injecting water flow pumped out by the output shaft of the screw drill into the oil sleeve annulus, enabling the water flow to enter the annular sand setting space from the front end of the sand pipe assembly and then discharging the water flow into the oil sleeve annulus from the rear end of the annular sand setting space. The front end of the rotor assembly is provided with a spiral reamer capable of mixing accumulated sand and water in the sleeve and sending the mixture into the annular sand setting space; and the sand pipe assembly behind the spiral reamer is provided with a one-way sand bl
