Zusammenfassung: | A method for increasing the yield of cordycepin produced by cordyceps militaris liquid fermentation through silkworm chrysalis graded components comprises the steps that the silkworm chrysalis graded components are prepared according to polarity and solubility, silkworm chrysalis aqueous extract graded components are added in the cordyceps militaris liquid fermentation process, and a multiple fermentation system of sucrose and silkworm chrysalis globulin liquid fermentation feeding-pH control is constructed. The continuous fermentation cannot be realized, and the supplemented raw materials are expensive, and the yield of cordycepin is obviously improved. And theoretical basis and application significance are provided for industrial continuous production of cordycepin.
