Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses D-amino acid oxidase, application thereof and a method for preparing L-norvaline by an enzyme method. The amino acid sequence of the D-amino acid oxidase is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. The invention provides an optimized D-amino acid oxidase sequence for preparing L-norvaline by adopting an enzymatic method, and the D-amino acid oxidase has higher activity and substrate tolerance. The optimal conversion condition is determined by optimizing the experiment condition, and the conversion rate can be improved by the method, so that the production efficiency is improved; in addition, the method is small in pollution and more environment-friendly; meanwhile, raw materials are easy to obtain, the production cost can be reduced, and large-scale application is facilitated.
