The manufacturing method of the pigment dispersion comprises the following steps: mixing a toner, a dispersant and a plasticizer to form a dispersion liquid; homogenizing the dispersion liquid to form a color paste; adding a carrier polymer powder into the color paste to form a liquid mixture; and stirring the liquid mixture at a temperature of 80 DEG C to 100 DEG C to obtain the pigment dispersion.
